कि व्यक्ति की दृष्टि सम्यक हो उसकी बुद्धि निर्मल हो विशेष प्रयोजन बिना बुद्धि के निर्मल हुए कभी संभव नहीं हो सकता एक व्यक्ति गुलामी के भाव में जी रहा है गरीबी के भाव में जी रहा है हो सकता है कि वह क्षणिक रूप से आवेशित हो जाए जैसे कोई पीड़ित व्यक्ति है कोई किसी का गुलाम है उस पर रोज जुल्म होता है हो सकता है कि किसी क्षण वो प्रतिरोध करे प्रतिशोध करे आवेशित हो जाए लेकिन उसे संकल्पित नहीं कहा जा सकता हो सकता है गरीबी से पीड़ित व्यक्ति घर में तोड़फोड़ कर दे घर में अतो साहित होकर के और क्षतिग्रस्त कर ले चीजों को उसे संकल्पित नहीं कहा जा सकता संकल्पित होने का तो अर्थ यही है कि उस व्यक्ति के मन में कोई प्रयोजन पैदा हो जाए
